Pricing & Payment Choices

Prices are subject to change at any time prior to our acceptance of your order. We reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your offer for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have been billed, we will refund the billed amount.

Payment terms are at our sole discretion and all orders are subject to our credit approval. You agree to pay the total purchase price for the products and/or services, plus tax and shipping if applicable. We does not accept checks, drafts or money orders for orders submitted through the website. We accept major credit cards via PayPal.

In accordance with state and local law, your purchases may be taxed using the applicable sales tax or seller’s use tax rate for your shipping address. You will be notified at checkout if taxes apply to your purchase.

Shipping Information

Downloadable items are not shipped since they are available in electronic form. You can download your order as soon as your order is completed and the download is virtually instantaneous. For more information on our commitment to security and privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

For physical products sold in our store, we can ship to anywhere in the United States. All products will be shipped within 3 business days from when orders are placed.

Calculating Shipping Cost

For physical products we sell in our store, the shipping cost is determined by the weight of the order, chosen shipping method, shipping origin and shipping destination. This will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

USPS First-Class Mail®

Delivery time is typically about 5 to 9 business days*. This shipping method comes with basic tracking information. Note: This shipping method allows PO Box addresses. Please use a PO Box address if you do not have a mail receptacle.

USPS Priority Mail®

Delivery time is typically about 1 to 3 business days*. This shipping method comes with basic tracking information. Note: This shipping method allows PO Box addresses. Please use a PO Box address if you do not have a mail receptacle.

UPS Express

Delivery time is typically about 1 business day*. This shipping method allows you to track the package status in detail. Note: This shipping method does not allow PO Box or APO addresses. Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package.

Standard Regular Air Mail

Most international shipments are delivered within 6 to 12 business days. The package will be delivered into your mailbox. This shipping method does not come with any tracking information. Note: This shipping method allows PO Box addresses. Please use a PO Box address if you do not have a mail receptacle.

* Delivery times stated here are estimated. Deliver times depend on final destination. The delivery time shown at checkout is only an estimate; BMF does not guarantee that the shipment will arrive by that day. BMF is not responsible for any damages due to delays or the failure to meet a stated delivery schedule.

Damage during Shipment

Customers are responsible for inspection of their merchandise when they receive it. If there is obvious damage to the carton, check the contents before you accept them. If there is damage, notify the delivery service and file a claim. Keep the damaged shipping carton and contents so as to show the shipping service. If you are not present at the time of delivery, immediately inspect the contents as soon as possible and notify the shipping service if there is a problem. If you are told by the shipping service to contact us, we will need a claim number or equivalent in order to help you resolve the matter as efficiently as possible.

Missing Shipment

In your shipment does not arrive, please call us so we can follow-up with the shipping service. If they have documentation that your shipment was delivered to you, BMF will not be responsible for missing shipments. If you provide us with the wrong shipping address, BMF will not be held liable for a delivery to the wrong address. Once the shipment leaves the distribution warehouse, the risk and ownership of the merchandise being shipped belongs to you the customer. If you would like to have your shipment insured against damage or loss, email us at admin@hamiltonsouther.com before your order is complete.


Nonrefundable items:

Electronically downloadable products and online courses are nonrefundable.

Refundable items:

All events must be paid in full prior to the date of the event. In event of cancellation, fees are refundable if you give us at least one month’s notice in writing that you cannot attend the event. However, there is a $100 administrative cost to cover bank transaction fees.

Returns of physical products must be approved in advance. Please email us at admin@hamiltonsouther.com to request a return. If approved for a return, all items must be in their original box and packing with all paper work with the items in their original “new” condition and returned within 30 days. Refunds will only be issued after all return contents have been inspected.
